Founder and Director
She/Her
Vikki created Feminist Visions after completing a PhD in Culture Studies where she carried out research in Mexico and Brazil on feminist visualities. Inspired by Latin American feminists she expanded the notion of ‘feminist potencia’ to the visual sphere, developing the concept of 'feminist visual potencia’.
Vikki has worked with feminist organisations and NGOs across several countries and brings together technical expertise with a passion for creative practices. Vikki is a researcher, writer, photographer, video maker and dancer.
Vikki also has a MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the LSE and a BA in Development Studies and History from SOAS. She speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
She is a member of Mexican feminist collective Fem x Fem and develops her own collaborative creative projects with artists globally.

Visual and Creative Consultant
Ossi Ritter is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and movement researcher whose work intersects dance, poetry, fine arts, and graphic design. Her practice interrogates themes of identity, migration, grief, and healing, operating as a catalyst for collective gathering and transformative exchange.
By blending community engagement, pedagogy, and artistic intervention, Ossi’s work foregrounds marginalized perspectives and critically examines socio-political landscapes, opening dialogues to reimagine shared futures.
With a master’s degree in Education, Culture, Language, and Identity, alongside a postgraduate qualification in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Ossi synthesizes rigorous academic inquiry with an embodied understanding of emotional and cultural narratives.Her transdisciplinary approach is informed by facilitating workshops, curating collaborative spaces, and engaging in cross-border artistic practices across the UK, Spain, Palestine, Brazil, and Senegal.
